Value Function Description
d50/d51 Gas burner 1-2
The oven can be operated entirely in the manual mode and in the test function
only. ONLY OPERATE GAS OVENS ON GAS TEST IF YOU HAVE A BASIC KNOWLEDGE
ABOUT THE GAS SYSTEM:
1) Enter test function by pressing the Hot Air key and combi key simultaneously for 2
seconds. The display shows “d 0” and “MAIN CONT”.
2) Press the step key to activate the main contactor so that “1” appears in display.
3) Activate “d 3” or “d 4”, “FAN RIGHT” or “FAN LEFT”. Start the oven chamber fan by
pressing step key until “1” appears in step display. If required, set the fan speed by
pressing the time key and changing the speed with the turn switch (0-100%).
The pre-mix burner should not run at high performance unless the oven chamber fan
is on.
4) Now select “d50” “GAS BURN 1”.
Use the step button to switch between burner 1 and 2.
The gas-air control unit can be started and set and the automatic gas burner control
turned on and o. Also, this is where you can see if the pressure switch and gas valve
are turned on.
Start the automatic gas burner control by pressing the step key.
The step display shows if the control is on (0/1).
Start the gas-air control unit by pressing the fan key.
But first, set the desired speed in time display.
The number shown in the time display can be set between 0 and 9000 at intervals of
100 RPM and is the directly desired RPM speed of the unit.
To change the speed, turn the switch while the number flashes.
The oven controller takes care that the gas-air control unit runs at the desired
speed.
The speed of the gas-air control unit is shown in the temperature display, divided by
10, i.e. a reading of 234 means 2340 RPM.
The LED next to exhaust key indicates when the pressure switch is on.
The LED next to the alarm key indicates when gas valve is on.
Note: The pressure switch and gas valve status is only readable when the automatic
gas burner control is on.
To start the pre-mix burner in test mode, do as follows:
1) Check that fan has stopped.
2) Turn the automatic burner control on by pressing the step key.
3) Allow four seconds for control to detect that the pressure switch is not on.
4) Press the fan key to start the gas-air control unit.
5) The LED next to the exhaust key indicates when the pressure switch is on.
6) Wait 15 seconds until the automatic burner control turns on the gas valve.
The LED next to alarm key indicates when this happens.
