FREQUENCY
INVERTER
Always check that the frequency inverter potentiometers and dip
switches are set up correct, when replacing the frequency inverter.
To gain access to the potentiometer for adjustment. open the small
tranparent hatch with a small screwdriver. as shown in the drawing.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE THREE POTENTIOMETERS OF THE FREQUENCY INVERTER
Motor i nom This potentiometer controls the current output of the frequency
inverter.
This potentiometer must be set to 100%
ACC/DEC This potentiometer controls is the acceleration and deceleration of
the main fan motor in seconds.
The potentionmeter must be set a few degrees past 5.
It is very impotent that the acceleration of the fan is 10 sec. +/-1 sec.
USE THE TEST MENU FAN
If the acceleration is too fast the inverter might be switching o due
to overload. Too slow will result in error 14.
HI FREQ This potentiometer controls the Hz output of the frequency inverter.
This potentiometer must be set to NOM.
SETTINGS OF THE DIP SWITCHES ON THE FREQUENCY INVERTER
HZ Set to 50HZ
SILENT Set to ON
LOAD Set to P&F
JOG Hz Set to 5
RELAY Set to FLT
Al oset Set to O
Autoreset Set to O
Hi freq Set to O
