Error Code 19
An internal error occurred. The oven server process is not responding. Oven server
process failed.
Steps Checklist Solution
1 - Restart the oven.
2 - Update the software.
3 Change the computer.
Error Code 20
An internal error occurred. A communication failure occurred between the computer
and the IO board. The IO board software is not responding. Wrong software version
on the CPU.
Steps Checklist Solution
1 Check the wire connection between the
I/O board and the CPU board.
Change the IO board or the
CPU board, if necessary.
