Equations and HP Solve
HP Solve is a powerful feature, a feature unique to HP calcula-
tors that solves for unknown variables in equations or expres-
sions. In addition, you can evaluate and integrate expressions
entered into the equation catalog. The HP Solve and integration
features can be extended to work with programs as well as
expressions.
Pressing the d key displays the HP 35s equation cata-
log.

If there are no user- entered equations, the display appears as
shown at right. The © and ª annunciators on the upper right of
the display indicate that the catalog contains more entries than
are presently shown on the screen. The × and Ø keys scroll
