Before disassembling the computer, follow these steps:

▲ Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 22).

Remove the bottom cover:

1. Position the computer upside down.

2. Remove the two Phillips M2.5 × 8.7 screws (1) that secure the bottom cover to the computer.
