To remove the speaker, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the speaker, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 37).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 37).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 44).
Remove the speaker:
1. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screw (1) that secures each speaker to the computer.
2. Disconnect the speaker cables from the system board (2).
3. Lift the speakers up and out of the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the speakers.
NFC module
