5. Lift the side of the system board upward (3), and then pull the system board away from the connectors
on the side of the computer to remove it (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the system board.

Before removing the power connector cable, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 37).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 37).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 44).
Remove the power connector cable:
1. Move the antenna cables that route over the screws.
2. Remove the two Phillips M2.5 × 4.0 screws (1) that secure the right display hinge to the computer, and
then rotate the hinge o the power connector (2).
3. Disconnect the cable from the system board (3).
