Setting the Position of the On-Screen Menus
Horizontal Position
Select from the main menu. Use and to
highlight . Use and to move the on-screen menu
horizontally.
Vertical Position
Select from the main menu. Use and to
highlight . Use and to move the on-screen menu vertically.
Locking and Unlocking the Controls of Your Display
From the main menu, select . Then use and to highlight
, and press . The controls of your display are now locked: if you
attempt to adjust your display, a picture of a key will appear in the
bottom left hand corner, and your settings will not be changed.
The only item available in the main menu is the item.
To unlock your display, select from the main menu. Then
highlight and press . Your display is now unlocked.
Selecting a Video Input
If you have connected more than one computer to your display, by
using the EVC input as well as the standard input, you can select which
input is used.
From the main menu, select . Use and to highlight .
Then use and to select video input 1 (standard) or 2 (EVC).
Setting the Power Save Delay
If your display does not receive any input from your computer, it will
wait a certain length of time, and then go into power saving mode. See
“Minimizing Energy Consumption” further on for more details on your
display’s power management features.
To set this delay, select from the main menu. Use and to
highlight . Then use and to select your preferred delay.
