Pairing is reset and the Poly TC10 is ready to plug into the PC for automatic pairing.

● C:\windows\System32\config\systemprofile\appdata\roaming\hpqlog
– System and applications logs (primary location)
● C:\users\skype\AppData\Roaming\hpqlog
– HP Control Application logs
● C:\ProgramData\Poly\Logs\Lens Control Service
– Lens Room Service logs
Unable to update Poly TC10
If you have issues with updating the Poly TC10, ensure that your firewall allows updates from
‘swupdate.lens.poly.com’.
Your company’s IT team must also ensure that firewall rules don’t block this traffic.
