1. Loop the security cable around a stationary object.
2. Attach the security cable fastener to a desktop using the appropriate screws for your environment
(screws not provided) (1), and then snap the cover onto the base of the cable fastener (2).
NOTE: This step is not necessary if you looped the security cable around a stationary object as shown
in step 1.
