Drive cage
Follow these steps to remove the drive cage:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 32).
2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 33).
3. Disconnect all power cables and data cables from the hard drives installed in the drive cage (see Hard
drives on page 37).
4. Lift the rear edge of the drive cage (1) from the computer chassis.
5. Slide the drive cage (2) away from the computer chassis.
6. Remove the drive cage (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the drive cage.
