Four-bay LFF drive model
o Eight-bay SFF drive model
8. If you are installing the optical drive in an SFF drive model, connect the optical drive cable to the optical
drive.
9. Connect the optical drive cable:
a. Route the optical drive cable through the cable clip on the front chassis.
b. Route the optical drive cable along the side of the system board, and then connect the cable to the
system board.
c. Connect the four-pin (1x4) power supply cable to the power connector of the optical drive cable.
