Site-level Power High Availability
Some customer sites with critical applications may require high availability power beyond the scope of the
equipment provided by Hewlett-Packard. Computer room high-availability can be achieved by:
• multiple substation power feeds off a single power substation
• feeds from multiple power substations
Such implementations are costly and complex, but have the advantage of eliminating single point of failure to
the equipment.
