3. Remove the 22 Phillips PM2.0×3.25 screws that secure the keyboard shield and keyboard to the
top cover.
NOTE: As the keyboard shield is being removed, make sure the keyboard cable (1) routes smoothly
through opening (2) in the keyboard shield.
4. Remove the keyboard shield (3).
5. Remove the keyboard (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the keyboard shield and keyboard.
