    If your HPN Power Tool continually heats without stopping, first, ensure the wires on port #1 and port #2 of your solid state relay are correctly placed in their designated spots. If the wires were crossed during a solid state relay test, return them to their original positions. Also, check the red light on the solid state relay when the machine reaches the desired temperature. The light should turn off or blink. If it remains on, the solid state relay likely needs replacement.

    If your HPN Power Tool does not turn on or shuts off during operation, check the wires connected to the red rocker switch and the circuit breaker fuse to ensure they are tightly connected. If the red rocker switch has no light, the switch needs replacing. If the switch has light, the circuit breaker fuse should be replaced.
