      Steven DouglasSep 12, 2025
If there's no recorded sound or distorted sound on your HTC Cell Phone, check the “Sound & Notifications” settings to ensure sound is enabled and that the device isn't muted. Try re-flashing the ROM code. Disassemble the unit to check if the microphone is properly installed. If necessary, replace the microphone or the Main Board. Once the defective part has been identified, verify the defective part again whether the symptom could be duplicated with another unit.

If your HTC Cell Phone's wireless connection (WLAN/BT) isn't functioning, ensure the wireless environment is working before connecting to WLAN and that the wireless connection setting is properly configured. Establish a live connection with the Internet or another device. Try re-flashing the ROM code. If necessary, try another main board or Navi board assembly module. Once the defective part has been identified, verify the defective part again whether the symptom could be duplicated with another unit.
