11 Managing Your Contacts
The EC325 can store up to 1000 contacts.
You can create, modify and delete the contacts. You can also send messages, make calls to
the contacts. The EC325 also supports the import/export of the contacts for your
convenience to manage the contacts.
Managing the Items in the Contacts
Click or select Tools > Contacts to display the Contacts interface.
Creating a Contact
The following table lists the procedure for creating a contact.
Step Action
1 Click New.
2 Fill in the Name, Mobile Number, Family Phone Number, Office Phone
number, E-mail addresses, and/or the Comments.
3 Click Save to save a new contact to the Contacts.
Modifying a Contact
The following table lists the procedure for modifying a contact.
Step Action
1 Select a contact to modify in the Contacts. Double-click the contact or click
Edit.
2 Modify the contact.
3 Click Save.
