Searching a Contact
The EC325 provides the function of searching a contact in the Contacts.
Step Action
1 Click Search.

y Select a field item such as Name, Mobile, Family, Office or E-mail from the
pull down list in the Condition area.
y Enter relevant searching terms in the Value text box.
y Choose Match Whole Word Only and/or Match Case for Matching
Type.
3 Click Search Now to begin to search.
4 Click Stop Search to stop searching.
Importing/Exporting a Contact
Importing a Contact
The EC325 allows you to import the contacts from a file in a specified format to the EC325
Contacts.
The EC325 supports for importing of the *.txt and *.csv files.
Step Action
1 Select File > Import Contacts From File.
2 In the Open window, select a file to import.
3 Click Open, and the contacts in the file are imported to the EC325 Contacts
automatically.
Exporting a Contact
The EC325 allows you to export the contacts from the EC325 Contacts to a file. The
following table lists the procedure.

1 Select File > Export Contacts To File.
