3.4.6 SLEEP_STATUS Signal
SLEEP_STATUS signal is used to indicate the sleep status of ME909. The external
devices can get to know whether the module is in sleep mode by reading
SLEEP_STATUS pin.
When SLEEP_STATUS pin is in high level, ME909 is in wakeup state.
When SLEEP_STATUS pin is in low level, ME909 is in sleep state.
Its drive current is no more than 2 mA.
Figure 3-11 shows recommended circuit of the SLEEP_STATUS pin.
