Parameter Description
Health Status The parameter indicates the status of the functions and running specifications
of the disk.
Running
Status
The parameter indicates the running status of a disk. The status can be
Online, Offline, Reconstructing, Reconstructed, Copybacking, Pre-
copy, Free Hot-Spare disk, and Used Hot-Spare disk.
Physical Type The parameter indicates the physical type of the disk: SAS, and SATA.
Logical Type The parameter indicates the disk type. There are the following options:
l Free Disk: It is the normal disk that is not used in the storage array.
l Member Disk: It indicates the disk in a RAID group.
l Free Hot-Spare Disk: It indicates the hot-spare disk that is not in use.
l Used Hot-Spare Disk: It indicates the hot-spare disk in use.
Model
The parameter indicates the disk model.
Owning
RAID Group
The parameter indicates the RAID group where a disk is added. When the
value of Logical Type is Member Disk, the parameter is valid.
Capacity The parameter indicates the disk capacity, and the unit is GB.
Running Time The parameter indicates the running time of the disk, and the unit is day.
Current
Working Rate
The parameter indicates the current working rate of the disk, and the unit is
Gbit/s。
Temperature
The parameter indicates the temperature of the disk, and the unit is ℃.
Rotation
Speed
The parameter indicates the rotation speed of the disk, and the unit is rpm.
Associated
Disk
The parameter indicates the faulty disk that uses the association disk to
perform reconstruction or copyback. When the value of Logical Type is
Used Hot-Spare Disk, the parameter is valid.
Serial Number The parameter indicates the serial number of the disk.
Firmware The parameter indicates the firmware version of the disk.
Manufacturer The parameter indicates the manufacturer of the disk.

Exception Handling
l If the running status of the disk is Offline, ensure that the disk is correctly inserted (If the
disk is on the disk enclosure, ensure that the cable is connected to the expander port.)
l If the health status of the disk enclosure is Unknown, remove and insert the disk and check
the status again.
l If the health status of the disk enclosure is Fault, see the “0x200190384 Disk fault”in the
