Symptom
Possible Cause
Measures
bypass.
The UPS is faulty.
Contact the local Huawei
office.
The UPS fails to
supply power to
loads during the
AC input outage.
Batteries are faulty.
Replace batteries.
The battery charger fails to charge
batteries in normal mode.
Contact the local Huawei
office.
Battery cables are not properly
connected, or wiring terminals are not in
good contact.
Connect battery cables
properly.
The AC input to
the UPS is present,
but the buzzer
beeps
intermittently.
The AC input voltage or frequency is
beyond the UPS input voltage range, or
the AC input frequency is not normal.
Contact the local electric
power company.
The AC input fuse is faulty.
Replace the AC input
fuse.
All indicators on
the front panel are
off.
Cables to the front panel are not properly
connected.
Reconnect cables to the
front panel.
There is no input voltage.
Check the input voltage
and battery voltage. If
both values are normal,
contact the local Huawei
office.
The UPS is faulty.
Contact the local Huawei
office.
The UPS input is
normal, but the
LINE indicator is
flashing.
The live wire and neutral wire are
reversely connected.
Connect the live wire and
neutral wire correctly.
