The device and accessories have been cleaned by the proper cleaning instructions prior to use on
patients.
The device has been assembled correctly, including a fully charged battery assembly.
The appropriate Tip for the procedure has been installed in the device.
All persons in the room are wearing the laser protective eyewear.
Caution
Ineffective removal of tissue may be caused by improper Tip initiation or reduction in the
power output. Check with the Hulaser Service Representative to make sure that the
device is functioning properly.
Caution
Use a bite block to prevent accidental biting and breakage of the Tip; use high-speed
suction to prevent patient inadvertently swallowing a broken Tip and choking.
Caution
Check and clean the protective window of the Tip optic shaft with a cotton swab.
