MAINTENANCE
7-1. DISPOSAL
Device and components
A medical device needs to be disposed as directed by your local solid waste handling regulations.
Contact Hulaser or the Hulaser Service Representative for instructions on returning the device to
Hulaser for disposal. Do not dispose of this device or its components in any place.
Tip
-Tips can be reused and it must be sterilized before and after use.
-Biohazard medical waste container is required to discard the Tip.
Batteries
Do not handle a damaged or leaking Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery. For safe disposal of your Li-Ion
battery, contact Hulaser or the Hulaser Service Representative. If batteries are not properly
disposed of, these substances can cause harm to human health or the environment.
Lithium ion batteries contain toxic materials and should not be disposed of in landfills or incinera- tors.
Dispose of depleted batteries as directed by your local solid waste handling regulations.
7-2. Regular maintenance
Main body
Do not use bleach or abrasive cleansers on any surfaces of the main body.
Keep the device in the cradle when not in use.
