If your Hunter Douglas Indoor Furnishing shade is too easy or too hard to raise or lower, or won't move at all, first ensure the fabric isn't trapped between the specialty bracket and either the headrail or bottom rail. Also, check that the specialty brackets are level and aligned, using shims if needed to level the headrail. If it's too easy to move or sags, increase the cord tension. If it's too difficult, decrease the cord tension.
