What to do if my Hunter Douglas Duette EasyView Arch shade has a droopy cord?

If your Hunter Douglas Indoor Furnishing shade has a droopy cord or won't stay up, you'll need to increase the cord tension. Start by closing the shade completely. Locate the cord from the right hole next to the pocket. Remove the ferrule from the pocket by pulling on the excess cord. Hold the cord tight under the ferrule and slide the ferrule towards the pocket by about 1/4 inch to increase the tension. Replace the ferrule fully into the pocket, looping the cord around it once and back through the tapered end, ensuring it fits into the groove. Test the shade. After routing the cord into the hole next to the pocket, trim any extra cord under the handle, but only after you're satisfied with the shade's operation.
