Problem Cause Solution
Flow-Sync not reading correctly Controller congured incorrectly Set correct ow sensor size and
type at controller.
Turbulent ow at sensor Insure that straight pipe is on either
side of ow meter.
Frequent false alarms Station settings too sensitive Increase overow percentage (and
underow if available).
Wide range of ows for a single
station
Increase overow and underow
percentages, and delay interval.
