Assemble needle valve (E) with lever arm (F), shaft
(G) and spring (H), and tighten screw (D).

Fit gasket (C), the control diaphragm (B) and the
pump cover (A). See figure 42.

Carry out a pressure test. See “Pressure testing
the carburettor”.

Check using a ruler or the like that the lever is in le-
vel with the assembly plane on the cover. If neces-
sary, the lever arm can be bent, see figure 41.
