Push in the impulse hose as shown in fi gure 72
before removing the cylinder

Screw apart the crankcase half and the cylinder.

Carefully pull out piston and crankshaft. Cover with
paper over the cylinder opening to prevent dirt from
coming in.

Carefully loosen the circlips L (see fi gure 75 and
76) with a small screwdriver.

Press out the gudgeon pin M. Now lift off the piston.
Remove the covers N and the gudgeon pin bearing
P.
