PISTON AND CYLINDER INSTALLATION
1. Install:
references or numbers facing upwards.
2. Install:
crankcase with a clean cloth to prevent the clips from falling
into the crankcase.
3. Lubricate:
(with recommended lubricant)
4. Arrangement of piston ring gaps:
a. Upper piston ring
b. Upper scraper ring
c. Scraper ring expander
d. Lower scraper ring
e. Lower piston ring
f. 20 mm (0.79 in)
A.
5. Install:
cylinder with the other one.
through the timing chain notch.
Recommended lubricant
Engine oil
