  If your HydroTherm Heat Pump isn't producing hot water, there could be several reasons. First, if the screen is blank, ensure the supply power switch is on and all home fuses are working. If the water from the PTR temperature is hotter than the temperature at your taps, there may be an issue with the home’s tempering valve. In this case, contact your installing plumber to service/replace it. If the TANK temperature is showing above 70°C or displaying a fault alarm, turn the power off to the system for 30 minutes to reset it. If the error continues when power is turned back on, contact 1300 769 904 to arrange service. Another potential cause is an issue with the heat pump or controller settings. Change the MODE to ELEMENT and call 1300 769 904 to arrange service.
