Now that we have our segments linked as desired, and have the
path the torch will take to cut the design, we have to tell it what
order to cut the parts.
Cut smaller parts first
Cut from the inside out, to maintain electrical continuity to ground of the parts
being cut
If possible, alternate which side of the stock is being cut to reduce heat warping
