Install spark plugs.
15.
Install throttle body, air cleaner, and distribu-
tor. Install brackets for drive belt tensioner and
alternator. Install drive belt(s).
16.
Install exhaust manifolds. Tighten capscrews in
two steps; first to 15 N•m (133 lbf in), then to
31 N•m (274 lbf in). If used, bend lock tabs
against heads of capscrews.
17.
Install coolant hose to housing for thermostat
and tighten hose clamp. Fill coolant system
with coolant. See Periodic Maintenance for
your lift truck.
