8.2 Troubleshooting
8.2.1 Warning Prompt in Radio
8.2.1.1 Trunking Mode
The radio displays in
the status bar.
RX Base Frequency,
TX Base Frequency,
Control Channel
Spacing, Network, or
Authentication is
incorrectly configured.
Ensure the RX Base Frequency, TX Base Frequency,
Control Channel Spacing, Network, and
Authentication are correctly configured. For details,
see 4.3 Trunking Mode.
RSSI of current base
station is too low.
Choose Settings -> PMR -> Power level, and set
Power level to High.
Choose Settings -> PMR -> Scan, and turn
Background hunt on.
The radio displays in
the status bar.
The narrowband
network is disabled.
Tap Narrowband in the control center of radio or go
to Settings -> PMR -> Narrowband, and turn it on.
The radio fails to initiate an
all call, and displays
Service disabled on screen.
All call is incorrectly
configured.
See All Call to check the configuration.
All Call is disabled on
the system.
Enable all call on the system.
The radio fails to initiate a
group call.
Group call is
incorrectly configured.
See Group Call to check the configuration.
The group doesn’t exist
in the system.
Add the group to the system.
The radio is not the
member of the group.
Add the radio to the group on system side.
