Step 1 When non-response (including voice transmission, key or button press and screen-touch) time equals the
difference value between Response Time and Pre-Alert Time, the radio gives alert tone to remind the
user of the alarm.
Step 2 When the Pre-Alert Time is out, the radio raises the alarm.
