SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these notes and follow all instructions.
Electric shock hazard: Excessive mains voltage
can lead to electrical shock.
• Use only accessories recommended by us.
• Use only a suitable plug-in power supply. Make sure that the
correct voltage is applied.
For more information, please refer to the plug-in power supply.
• Check the power supply regularly for damage. Do not use
the plugin power supply if its housing is defective or has other
visible damage.
• Use the plug-in power supply only indoor and not in damp
areas, and protect it against dripping and splashing water.•
• Never open the housing of the plug-in power supply or
the I LOCK IT GPS.
• Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet when a
thunderstorm threatens.
BASIC SAFETY INFORMATION
Risk of explosion: Batteries (especially lithium
batteries) may explode if handled improperly.
• Keep I LOCK IT GPS away from heat sources (e.g.
ovens, radiators, amplifiers etc.).
• Do not attempt to dispose I LOCK IT GPS by incineration.
Only use accessories and equipment parts (e.g. battery)
which are offered or recommended by us.
• Protect the battery from strong heat, such as direct sun-
light, fire etc.
• Do not place open fire sources such as burning candles
or similar on or directly beside I LOCK IT GPS.
• If the housing is defective, do not use I LOCK IT GPS and
keep it out of the reach of children.
• Refer all repair and maintenance to qualified service
personnel.
An inspection and|or repair is necessary if I LOCK IT GPS
has been damaged in any way.
