  If your I-Tech Keyboard is on but there's no image, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the device is adequately charged and charge it if necessary. Overheating can also cause this issue, so move the device to a cooler spot and give it a few minutes. Also, make sure the keyboard rests on a firm, flat surface, ensuring the micro-switch is fully pressed. Lastly, a stuck micro-switch might be the culprit; try cleaning it.

  If your I-Tech Keyboard displays multiple or wrong keys when typing, it might be due to the detection sensitivity being too high. Try lowering the detection sensitivity setting. Also, make sure the device is resting on a firm, flat surface.
