Moving Your System Unit
Note: If you are also moving your expansion unit
with your IBM Portable Personal Computer go
to
"Moving Your Options" now. It is found later in
this section.
1 Set the Power switch on the system unit to Off.
2 Set the Power switches on all external devices to
Off.
3 Unplug the system unit's power cord from the
wall outlet.
(If the expansion unit is attached,
unplug its power cord also.) Disconnect all
cables and the power cord from the rear of the
system unit.
