2. On the IBM IDs page, provide a user ID that is registered with the Electronic Service Agent. If you
do not have an IBM ID, you can register at http://www.ibm.com/registration. You can designate a
user ID as a primary IBM ID and another user ID as a secondary IBM ID.
3. Click OK.

To open the Service and Support Manager Getting Started wizard, perform the following steps:
1. From the main IBM Systems Director Welcome page, select Settings.
2. From the main Settings page, select Service and Support Manager Getting Started Wizard. Follow
the instructions in the wizard to configure call-home.
Updating the Systems Director Management Console
To install updates on IBM Systems Director Management Console (SDMC), click Update IBM Systems
Director Management Console link at the top of the welcome page to download and install updates
from IBM Fix Central. If SDMC is not connected to the Internet, you can copy the update files manually
to your management server, and then import and install the updates by using the SDMC web interface.
