1. From http://www.ibm.com, click Support & downloads.
2. Click Documentation in the list on the right.
3. In the Search across document types field, type 4610 and the model number; then, click Submit.
4. From the list on the Search Results page, click on the publication you want to display.
5. On the next page, select the version and or language of the publication.

Calling for service
Before calling for service you will need the machine type, model number, and serial number of the printer.
If a fiscal subassembly is installed you will also need the fiscal serial number and other country specific
information from the label attached to fiscal subassembly. To locate the labels see “Printer information
label” on page 3and “fiscal label” on page 4.
