PREFACE
It is assumed that the reader of this document is familiar with
System/360. The reader should have a general knowledge of System/360
architecture, channels, I/O devices, and programming systems support.
This guide highlights only those Model 165 hardware, I/O, and
programming systems features that are different from those of System/360
models and discusses their significance. Additional, more detailed
