Now, Bitwig mode has loaded along with all of it's functions.
In the same way, let's load Cubase for button 2 and Logic for button 3. You will see
these reected in the buttons 1, 2 and 3 in the iMAP.
Click button one and choose Bitwig from the drop down box.
