DHW FLOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to frame 52.
2. Swing the control box down into the servicing
position. Refer to Frame 46.
3. Unplug the electrical connection.
4. Carefully pull the switch upwards to
disengage.
5. Fit the new switch and replace the electrical
plug connection.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order
7. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to
Frame 52.

DHW FILTER REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to frame 52.
2. Swing the control box down into the
servicing position. Refer to Frame 46.
3. Drain the boiler. Refer to Frame 72.
4. Remove the DHW flow switch. Refer to
Frame 74.
5. Unscrew the DHW filter housing from the
main brass body.
6. Remove and fit new filter.
7. Re-assemble in reverse order.
8. Refill the boiler. Refer to Frame 32.
9. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to
Frame 52.
