If your IDEAL Boiler isn't providing central heating or hot water, first, make sure the mains switch (fused spur) is turned on and the mode control knob is in the ON position. Also, check the time settings on the timer and adjust them if needed. If a '0' is displayed, contact a Gas Safe Registered Engineer (or a Registered Gas Installer in IE).
