If your IDEAL Boiler isn't producing hot water, first, check that the mains power is turned on and the mode knob is in the summer position. If ‘0’ is displayed, contact Ideal Customer Services Helpline if your appliance is under warranty or a Gas Safe Registered Engineer, in IE a Registered Gas Installer (RGII), if out of warranty.
