START-UP
- Remove the transport safe-
ties.
- Ensure that display cases
are clean and sanitised
(see "Cleaning and
hygiene", page 29).
- Ensure that the area is
clear of any objects (knives,
trays, etc.) that could fall
and cause damage to peo-
ple, things or animals.
- Place the electrical master
switch (A) and the switch (B) on “I” (ON).
- Press button to switch on the equipment.
Note: At first start-up, and when climate conditions change, it may be neces-
sary to adjust the temperature of the thermostat.
Before introducing a product into the display cabinet, wait some 45 min-
utes from start-up of refrigeration to allow the unit to reach the operation-
al temperature.
