AUTOMATIC DEFROSTING
The factory pre-set of the defrosting process is at intervals of 4÷6 hours: see the
specific manual for the operation of the control panel during defrosting.
HYBRID FUNCTION
A secondary ventilation unit associated with a cold accumulator keeps a flow of cold
air moving during defrosting. This protects the surface of the ice cream, avoiding
deposits of environmental air humidity.
The HYBRID function is active during automatic and manual defrosting.
CLEANING FUNCTION
The CLEANING function has been added to carry out a complete defrosting, which
also melts the ice accumulated on the cold accumulators.
- Removal of foodstuffs from the display cabinet.
- Press the button to turn the display cabinet off.
- The display cabinet starts a
cycle which may last up to
5hr, during which the fans
remain on for recycling air.
- Only at the end of this cycle
is it possible to remove
power by positioning the
mains isolator (A) and the
switch to (B) on “O” (OFF).
It is advised to carry out a
CLEANING cycle every 7
days.
