If the BT-TN is installed, an
illuminated switch is posi-
tioned beside the control unit
(A).
When the switch is on, the
display cabinet will work as
an ice cream unit.
When the switch is off, the
display cabinet will work as a
Patisserie unit.
SWITCHING ICE CREAM DISPLAY - PATISSERIE DISPLAY
To switch the display cabinet from the ice cream mode (or Patisserie) just position
the switch in the appropriate position.
After switching, it is recommended to allow the display cabinet to stabi-
lise for at least 30 minutes before use.
It is advised to carry out cleaning of the display cabinet on changes of
mode.
