12. Guarantee and liability
12.1 Duty of operator
the operator of the filter engine signs on only letting personnel work on the engine that
is familiar with the basic regulations of safety and security as well as prevention of
accidents at work,
has been instructed in the proper use of the filter engine.
has read and understood these operating instructions (especially the chapters
regarding safety and security) and acknowledged this by signature.
The safety awareness of the personnel will be checked for regularly.
12.2 Duty of the personnel
All persons engaged with the operation of the filter engine sign on
Obeying the basic regulations for safety and security as well as prevention of
accidents at work and
acknowledging by signature to have read and understood these operating
instructions (especially the chapters regarding safety and security)
BEFORE the start of work.
12.3 Guarantee and liability
Basically valid are our general terms of service (Allgemeine Geschfts- und
Lieferbedingungen) which have been put to the operators disposal at latest since the
conclusion of the contract.
Guarantee and liability for possible damages to persons or material assets are excluded
if these are caused by
Unintended use of the filter engine,
Improper mounting, installation, running, controlling or maintenance of the engine.
Operation of the filter engine with improperly working or improperly installed safety
and security features,
