1. UNLOADING
The device should be transported in vertical position, and it should be properly secured and packed. The manufacturer
ships the device on a special wooden platform, secured with cardboard angle sections and foil.
2. PROPERTIES OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Purpose
“Jamajka W” and “Marta W” display cabinets are universal cooling devices aimed to display and short-term storage of
confectionery goods: cakes, cookies, desserts, etc. in temperature between +5ºC and +15ºC with ambient temperature
between +15ºC and +25ºC and relative air humidity not exceeding 60%.
2.2. Description of the device
“Jamajka W” and “Marta W” have dynamic cooling. All types of devices are equipped with automatic condensate evapora-
tion and automatic defrosting. They are also furnished with electronic thermostat optionally cooperating with temperature
recording module enabling to record and signal too low and too high temperature within the device. They are adjusted
to be connected in sequences and may be supplied with internal and external aggregate (“-mod C”). Within the range of
temperatures between +10ºC/+15ºC it is possible to control air humidity within display cabinets, between 30 and 80%.
Glass shelves fi xed on the frame make the exhibitive part of display cabinets. In case of “Jamajka” it can be possible
to change the height and angle of the shelves. Our devices are made according to modern technologies and have all
certifi cates required by law.

exploitation.
