Why are all movements impossible or lacking vigour on my IHI 15VX Compact Excavator?

  There are several reasons why all movements might be impossible or lack vigour: * The hydraulic oil level may be low, in which case you should fill it to the regular level. * The hydraulic oil may not be warm enough; perform a warm-up operation. * The engine output horsepower may be decreasing; clean the air cleaner and inspect the fuel system. * The hydraulic oil may not be proper; replace it with the recommended hydraulic oil. Additionally, there may be an issue with the pump or coupling, control valve, or the pressure setting of the relief valve may be too low. For these issues, request repair service.
